BATMAN VS SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE | TEASER TRAILER #1

This is what fans of Batman and Superman have been waiting for, the first teaser trailer reveal of Batman Vs Superman: Dawn of Justice. This particular trailer finally teases Ben Affleck as the new Batman, while some may like the idea of a new Batman I will always prefer Christian Bale as the ultimate Batman. Though back onto the trailer front you can definitely hear Jesse Eisenberg narrating, whom plays super villain Lex Luther, any other details surrounding the plot are shrouded in secrecy so fans are going to have to wait another year before the showdown begins. STAR WARS: THE FORCE AWAKENS | TEASER TRAILER #2

Earlier in the week a new teaser trailer for Star Wars: The Force Awakens dropped and as you could imagine the internet went crazy. If you didn't already know the reboot stars Mark Hamill, Carrie Fisher, Harrison Ford, Oscar Isaac, Andy Serkis, Domhnall Gleeson, John Boyega, Adam Driver, Daisy Ridley, Warwick Davis, Lupita Nyong'o, and Gwendoline Christie.

A continuation of the saga created by George Lucas set thirty years after Star Wars: Episode VI - Return of the Jedi

CRIMSON PEAK TEASER TRAILER

The first official teaser trailer for Crimson Peak has finally surfaced, the highly anticipated movie of a  majorly star studded cast will surely exceed expectations when it is released later in the year. Crimson Peak stars Tom Hiddleston, Jessica Chastain, Charlie Hunnam, Mia Wasikowska, and Burn Gorman.

In the aftermath of a family tragedy, an aspiring author is torn between love for her childhood friend and the temptation of a mysterious outsider. Trying to escape the ghosts of her past, she is swept away to a house that breathes, bleeds...and remembers.

HITMAN: AGENT 47 TRAILER

Another attempt to rejuvenate Hitman, which is based off a popular gaming franchise, comes in the form of a reboot. Even though I was one of many that enjoyed the first Hitman (2007), starring Timothy Olyphant, I was hopeful of a possible sequel in the works however the studio decided to make another origins story featuring an all new cast. Hitman: Agent 47 stars Rupert Friend, Zachary Quinto, Hannah Ware, and Thomas Kretschmann.

An assassin teams up with a woman to help her find her father and uncover the mysteries of her ancestry.

#0by16 Project

Over the past year I have accumulated a vast amount of books which I've yet to read, this project named #0by16 is a way to shrink your TBR (to be read) pile to zero by the end of the year. I believe the project was created by BookTuber's Dylan Books, Maureen Keavy, Well Done Books, and Liz Loves Lit. So far my combined physical and electronic books total at 78, which isn't as bad compared to some TBR piles. I will also be restricting my book buying limit to books that I'm highly anticipating this year, which will be listed up in a follow up post. Fingers crossed that I'll actually be able to read the majority of these books, though either way it is a fun project to participate in.

DAREDEVIL TRAILER

Marvel fans can now analyse and theorise every little detail in this first official teaser trailer for Daredevil, which will be exclusively airing on Netflix. The TV series stars Charlie Cox, Deborah Ann Woll, Rosario Dawson, and Elden Henson.

MAGIC MIKE XXL TRAILER

The first official teaser trailer for the long awaited sequel to Magic Mike, titled Magic Mike XXL, was released earlier this month, starring Channing Tatum, Amber Heard, Matt Bomer, Joe Manganiello, Elizabeth Banks, Jada Pinkett Smith, and Andie MacDowell.

TED 2 TRAILER

Ted is back with an all new adventure, revealed in this first official trailer, with a pack a laughs and returning cast Ted 2 will surely be the comedy movie to watch this summer. The returning stars include Mark Wahlberg and Seth MacFarlane, along with newbies Liam Neeson, Morgan Freeman, and Amanda Seyfried.

Newlywed couple Ted and Tami-Lynn want to have a baby, but in order to qualify to be a parent, Ted will have to prove he's a person in a court of law.

NEIGHBOURS SEQUEL ANNOUNCEMENT

Fans of the Neighbours can rejoice over the fact that a sequel is in the works, which will star the main trio Seth Rogen, Rose Byrne and Zac Efron who'll team up to defeat the neighbouring sorority. 

Universal is moving forward with a follow-up to its hugely successful comedy from last summer that will reunite all of the major principals. 

The studio will give the sequel a wide release May 13, 2016 -- a date the studio was holding for a different R-rated comedy that it had yet to name.

THE SIMS 4 MAC RELEASE DATE

Mac users can finally count down the days until the release of The Sims 4, ever since the initial release users of the Mac platform were outraged that The Sims 4 would be exclusive to PC users. However I'm pleased to announce that...

BRAIN ON FIRE CAST ANNOUNCEMENT

Will Poulter is finally receiving the recognition he deserves, with the success of We're The Millers and The Maze Runner, Poulter has been cast alongside Dakota Fanning in Brain On Fire, which is being directed by Gerard Barrett who coincidently directed Poulter in Glassland. Brain On Fire is a movie adaptation of the bestselling memoirs by Susannah Cahalan chronicling her descent into insanity.

Brain on Fire is being produced by Charlize Theron, Beth Kono and A.J. Dix for their Denver and Delilah shingle and Rob Merilees for Foundation Features.

LOST RIVER TRAILER #2

Earlier this month a new trailer for Lost River was released, which is known to be Ryan Gosling's highly anticipated directional debut. Lost River contains an exceptionally talented cast such as Christina Hendricks, Iain De Caestecker, Saoirse Ronan, Eva Mendes, and Matt Smith.

A single mother is swept into a dark underworld, while her teenage son discovers a road that leads him to a secret underwater town.

LIVE ACTION BEAUTY AND THE BEAST CAST ANNOUNCEMENT

The rumours have finally been set straight when it was reported by The Hollywood Reporter last month that Emma Watson has officially been cast as Belle in the live action adaptation of Beauty and the Beast, which will be directed by Bill Condon, the mastermind behind Breaking Dawn Part 1 and 2.

Emma Watson is joining Disney's live-action version of Beauty and the Beast as the lead character Belle, the studio said on Monday.

The film will be directed by Bill Condon (The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn — Part 1 and Part 2) and is set to begin production in 2015. No release date has been announced.

However most recently another rumour has been floating around that Ryan Gosling is in the lead for the role of Beast, though no announcements have been made as of yet.

I’m hearing that Ryan Gosling is Disney’s top choice to star in BEAUTY AND THE BEAST, and has been offered the role. The part that Gosling is being courted for is the Beast himself. The film will be a live-action remake of the 1991 animated Disney classic. This version will also be a musical, likely keeping the original’s beloved musical numbers intact.

GAME OF THRONES | SEASON FIVE TRAILER

As April is steadily approaching a brand new trailer for Game Of Thrones has arrived, there are many ongoing quests and vendettas that will be carried throughout season five. The impressive cast includes Lena Headey, Peter Dinklage, Maisie Williams, Emilia Clarke, Kit Harrington, Iain Glen, Sophie Turner, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, Alfie Allen, and Natalie Dormer.

FANTASTIC FOUR TEASER TRAILER

The first official trailer has been released in form of a teaser for the highly anticipated rebooted franchise of Fantastic Four. The revamped cast includes rising stars, Miles Teller as Reed Richards, Kate Mara as Sue Storm, Michael B. Jordan as Johnny Storm, Jamie Bell as Ben Grimm, and Toby Kebbell as Victor Domashev.

Four young scientists achieve superhuman abilities through a teleportation experiment gone haywire. They must now use these abilities to save the world from an uprising tyrant.

These are all the books I received for Christmas, all of which had been on my wish list for quite some time. I'm definitely excited to read Gillian Flynn's novels as they have achieved worldwide success and even two movies adaptations! Next up is the first book in the Mara Dyer trilogy, this is another spooky story, questioning the protagonists sanity.

AVENGERS: AGE OF ULTRON TRAILER #2

An additional trailer was released earlier this week for the highly anticipated sequel Avengers: Age Of Ultron. This particular trailer shows new faces, including Andy Serkis, these newcomers are believed to be characters from the Black Panther universe. Other stars include Robert Downey Jr, Samuel L. Jackson, Mark Ruffalo, Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Scarlett Johanson, Jeremy Renner, Cobie Smulders, Paul Bettany, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Elizabeth Olsen, and James Spader.
