Over the past year I have accumulated a vast amount of books which I've yet to read, this project named #0by16 is a way to shrink your TBR (to be read) pile to zero by the end of the year. I believe the project was created by BookTuber's Dylan Books, Maureen Keavy, Well Done Books, and Liz Loves Lit. So far my combined physical and electronic books total at 78, which isn't as bad compared to some TBR piles. I will also be restricting my book buying limit to books that I'm highly anticipating this year, which will be listed up in a follow up post. Fingers crossed that I'll actually be able to read the majority of these books, though either way it is a fun project to participate in.

It's that time again, the writing queen, known as the one and only Jennifer L. Armentrout has written a new adult paranormal titled Wicked, which you'll be glad to know is the first book out of a trilogy! I'm definitely looking forward to read this as Jennifer L. Armentrout's books are highly addictive, so much so that two of her books have made it to my favourites of the year, which are Wait For You and Don't Look Back. It was him. Green Eyes. Ren. That was his name. Now I remembered. I started to step forward, but he beat me to it. Moving as quickly as a damn snake striking, he caught my wrists. He didn’t yank my arms to my sides. All he did was hold my fists away from his face.
A lopsided grin appeared on those full lips. “Can’t say I’m entirely surprised you took a swing at me.”
“Then I guess this won’t surprise you either.” Leaning back, I shifted my weight onto my left leg, but again, Ren outmaneuvered me with a quickness that was sort of embarrassing.
He stepped into what would’ve been a fantastic kick and forced me back against the wall. Then there was nowhere to go, no space whatsoever. My back was against the building, and the entire length of his hard body was pressed against mine.
Son of a bitch.
As if he could read my mind, that grin spread and the dimples played peekaboo. “Now I think we can have a conversation without me ending up bloody.”
I blew out an aggravated breath. “I wouldn’t bet on that not happening.”
He chuckled, and the sound rumbled through me. I couldn’t even remember being this close to a guy since . . . since Shaun. “Look, I’m sorry for snatching you off the street like a kidnapper, but you were about to make yet another huge mistake.”
His apology was lost on me. “Make another mistake?”
“Yeah, like the one last night that ended with you getting shot.” He dipped his chin, and the yellow glow of the light attached to the wall above us glanced off his broad cheekbones. “I know what you were about to do.”
“I didn’t make a mistake last night. I was doing my job,” I spat. “And I doubt your job includes grabbing chicks off the street.”
“That would be a hell of a lot more entertaining, but the moment you thought you could engage that fae last night, you made a mistake. And you were about to do it again, you little ass.”
“Little ass?” I sputtered. “You grabbed me off the street like a serial killer!”
“And I’ve apologized for that even though you should be thanking me. I just saved your life, sweetness.”
Floored, all I could do was stare at him for a moment. “You’re insane.”
“I’m a lot of things, but today I’m your fucking saving grace.”

ZOE SUGG ANNOUNCES BOOK DEAL
Zoe Sugg announced today on her official Twitter that she has signed a book deal with Penguin UK, which she also talks about in further detail on her most recent daily vlog. The book that she is currently writing is titled Girl Online, which is aimed for a November 25th release date.

KENDALL & KYLIE JENNER YA BOOK ANNOUNCEMENT & RELEASE
MTV announced Kendall & Kylie Jenner have written a young adult dystopian book along with the help of fellow writer Maya Sloan, titled Rebels: City Of Indra: The Story Of Lex And Livia, which is one hell of a title and probably the longest too!
“In a world of the far future, the great city of Indra has two faces: a beautiful paradise floating high in the sky, and a nightmare world of poverty carved into tunnels beneath the surface of the earth,” the description continues. “Kendall and Kylie Jenner, the youngest sisters in the Kardashian dynasty, have written a gripping tale of air, fire, and a bond of blood.”

HODDER SIGN 11 BOOKS FROM JENNIFER L. ARMENTROUT
The Book Seller announced that the UK publishing house Hodder & Stoughton acquired the UK rights for eleven titles written by Jennifer L. Armentrout, from the US publisher Entangled.
The books include six titles in the YA Lux series, a paranormal standalone called Unchained, and four adult romance titles in the Gamble Brother series.
Hodder is already the publisher for Armentrout's Covenant series, which has been optioned for television by Herrick Entertainment; the standalone paranormal Cursed and the YA thriller Don’t Look Back, out this month.
The first five books in the Lux series, the first two books in the Gamble Brother series and the standalone Unchained are slated for UK publication this spring.So who's excited then?! This is such good news, hopefully these titles will be cheaper to buy since they won't become a rarity in the UK anymore!
KATIE MCGARRY BOOK ANNOUNCEMENT
As I mentioned a couple of weeks back Katie McGarry posted on Twitter reminding her followers to watch out for an announcement coming April 8th. Well todays the day and Katie McGarry has officially announced that she will continuing on Echo and Noah's story from Pushing The Limits in a new book titled Breaking The Rules, coming out Decemeber 30th 2014.
In BREAKING THE RULES, Katie McGarry continues the story of Echo Emerson and Noah Hutchinson (PUSHING THE LIMITS) as the pair set out on a road trip so Echo can chase her dream of becoming an artist and for Noah to meet his remaining blood relatives, but as the realities of the world outside the walls of high school begin to press down on Echo and Noah the couple tries to discover if their love is strong enough to survive.
BREAKING THE RULES is a full length novel that starts a month or so into the trip Echo and Noah take after they graduated from high school. The time period of this book is between PUSHING THE LIMITS and DARE YOU TO.
BREAKING THE RULES will be released through Harlequin Teen in paperback and e-book formats on December 30, 2014 in North America. It will also be available in the United Kingdom and Australia around the same time period.

DREAMWORKS SECURES THE FILM RIGHTS FOR ELEANOR & PARK
It's a splendid day for Rainbow Rowell fans as Entertainment Weekly exclusively revealed today that DreamWorks have picked up the film rights for Eleanor & Park and that Rainbow Rowell herself will be penning the screenplay.
Eleanor & Park is set in 1986, and following one school year in Omaha, the novel follows the tentative romance of two 16-year-olds: Eleanor, a somewhat heavy girl overwhelmed by insecurities and trying to survive an abusive household, and Park, the quiet, half-Korean kid who also doesn’t feel like he fits in, but finds refuge in music and comic books.
“Every girl who has read it says, ‘That was me in high school, or that was me in 7th grade,’” Holly Bario, DreamWorks president of production, tells EW. “It reminded all of us of our own sort of awkwardness, or family dysfunction.”
“The book is uniquely structured in that one chapter is told by Eleanor and one chapter is told from Park’s perspective, and they alternate,” Bario points out. “So we’re trying to figure out how to do that in a movie. There are all storts of groovy stylistic things you could do with voice over, or words on the screen, but we want something that’s realRainbow.”

GOODREADS ANNOUNCEMENT
As many of you know I have a Goodreads account and I have recently joined a few book clubs on there, so I will be joining in these readathons. The Book Liberators are currently reading Shadow and Bone by Leigh Bardugo, unfortunately I haven't had the chance to pick it up yet, and the other group is YA Book Club. This one in particular we will be reading a new book at the beginning of every month decided by a group poll, next month we will start with Half Bad by Sally Green and in May we have decided on Under the Never Sky by Veronica Rossi.
So expect some reviews especially by these authors in the near future and also if you have the time come and join these clubs and express your opinions about anything you want, though obviously it has to be about books!
